At Golden Jeweller, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if:
- The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories.
To request a return, email us at jewellergolden@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the product.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and security reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Customized or personalized jewellery.
- Earrings (unless received damaged or defective).
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges only if the product is:
- Damaged during transit.
- Defective.
- Incorrect item received.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to request an exchange.
Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
